Tears RB killed without Scales

Just wanted to come here and give some update about Tears RB since there has been so much discussion about it lately.

My party tested it and we managed to kill it without having to use the Water Dragon Scales, as you can see in the picture below

So dragon-network should make guide for dn-tears. How to kill bugged tears or something. Anyway well done.

We have 2 things that might have made it possible:

1 - DoD on Tears whens its close to giving cele (since u can't get buffs on DoD);

or

2 - Perma stun it whens its close to givig cele.
