Hi, have an orc, sub warlord,
with buff improve condition, battle roar don't restore HP...
didn't try without :)
btw this skill is supposed to restore HP...

Battle Roar (6)    Active    33    0    780000    Temporarily increases Max. HP and restores HP. Effect 6.

it restore with, dont use imp condition, use btb buff.
