Remove augment from weapon

Hi,

I added a life stone 2 days ago and tried to remove it today, but when i did it the window suddenly closed and it said "Augmentation failed", now even after a restart i can't even open the window to try again, i hadn't weapon in my hands or whatever, it was in inventory so I don't know what I did wrong...

anyhow try to delete windowsinfo.ini from systemfolder, also try to do "initialize" in settings

My char name is 0wNzouz, i tried to initialize but nothing. Removing the file worked tho.
