Quest notifications

quest notification window (see pictures below) doesnt update on quest progress. specifically, after turning in 100 varka badges for ketra alliance lvl1, the window will be stuck at 0/100 soldiers. if you collect a captain badge after, it will say 0/100 soldier and 10/100 captain. after you collect 100 soldiers and then get more, i believe it will say 110/100, and it will be greyed out, as if youve completed that step already. to fix it and make it look as on the picture, you have to close  and reopen the notification window through the quest window.
