interface glitch every second can't play at all

i don't understand the problem, but on first sight I already see you are using infinite zoom which can cause stuffs like that i'd say
on other hands we are not developing clientside at all so idk how could happen such thing since it's full coded by NC since ever

disabling improved shaders in video options seems to help regarding this problem, at least after i was told to do this, it never happened to me

well the problem is as you can see the lineage 2 interface keep disappearing like that in middle pvp farm etc  ....
i had this long before infinity zoom

I had the same problem too, in settings initialize, that helped a lot and 2 times relogging, that's how it got fixxed at my side.

But try initialize for sure
