I guess he means mostly the in-game presence of gms. Especially after 1 week of the grand opening.

GM Alannah and GM Floki, will provide support in game on daily basis, however do not expect 24/7 online whole day. Nevertheless, they will be online daily to provide support, whenever they are ON (unless when on bot hunt ofc) they will announce it or sign in as gms (/gmlist command to see if they are on).
