Life cubic doesn't do anything

Life cubic from the newbie helper is supposed to heal when you need it.
More so when your HP is low.
in here it doesn't do anything.

Not sure if this bug affects the TK one or only the newbie helper one, other cubics worth checking too.

it's working just fine and as it inteded, has reuse and it only recovers when you are in combat
I just tested ingame and works
