offline shop wont work

Hi,

I just tried to setup an offline shop, first time i succeeded, but 2nd time and ever since if i type .offline
it gives me a message saying:
SVR You cannot start a offline shop right now, try again later !
and if i try with my lvl1 shop character it says something like SVR You can not use this chat below lvl40.
Can u pls fix it, i had the same issue yesterday night.
And many other ppl shouting the same in giran.

And now it works again, i dont understand.
Does it have something like a cooldown or what is going on?

We had to block chat until certain lvl due to some 3rd party spammers, filter is now removed and you can set your shops again. We apologize for this inconvenience.

what about offline shop? its happening constantly to me too and its getting really annoying really fast... cant set up offline shop 70% of the time due to "you cant set offline shop at this time try again later message..."
