What happend to Miss Queen NPC, i started new char and cant find NPC Miss Queen, can GM check this?

You are wrong, it was regular NPC, and when u start new char u get 2 vauchers for no grade and later D grade weapon that can only be obtained at Miss Queen NPC.
I dont know if GM can answer would be good.
