Windows not appear

Hello. No window appears with information about quests from Adventure Guildsman when I press [quest information].

Also, nothing happens when I click Record of Seven Signs.
I remember from the past, that sometimes people were saying to delete some kind of .ini file from Lineage2 system folder, but I don't remember which one.
I tried deleting option.ini file, but that did not solve the problem.
