Bugged pole or quantity of mobs?

Hi!

Ive been trying to lvl up with my warlord making some mob trains on different spots (Tanor canyon, later frozen labrynth and now giants cave) and with a lot of % when i use provoke and catch up a lot of minions when i start to attacking them (with a pole obviusly) its like i only hit 1 minion instead major part of them or sometimes like i dont hit anyone at all. Ive been looking on the forum but didnt find anything useful, some help or info about it?

Probably u are using Focus Atack buff from Warlord, which makes u hit  a single enemy. Try to not use that skill.
