As we are prepairing Stage4 for a while now, you should get to know what are the requirements and overall How Hellbound Island will work on this Interlude server.
Requirements are simple:
-Minimum level 78 on your character
-Few clicks to do "Path to Hellbound" quest.
We made it simple, NPCs can be found near Warpgate.

If you somehow get to Island without quest, once you get near a mob, your character is ported to Wasteland.
