Does it really spawn? I mean for some ridiculous reason I don't know. I still haven't got the chance to meet him >___<

Spawns at midnight(ingame time)- 4 in 4h in real time in the Oasis. Has a certain chance to spawn though :)
mby i have luck but everytime i go there for take smth he spawn :D

Before updates on OFF his spawn chance was sh1t as well, like really sh1t. Only later in some gracia+ they changed it to 100% at night when they were better equip than dyna already

He can spawn 6 times in a day. I am camping it since 6 days, so it means that he dindt spawn for 48 times. Is it correct??? I dont think so.
