The skill evasion should be halved on heavy or reduced by a % on heavy same as the evasion :D

BETA was for testing bugs and some chars, I didn't think it was the time for that kind of opinions since it was 1 month of it?
Anyways I read this before, on BETA forums and it just didin't happened.
