Buff replacement should be done by buff level not buff duration.
Also Herb's should overlap with buffs and after 2 minutes fall back to previous buff.
ie. Haste lv. 1 is overlaped with Herb of Atk. spd. (Haste lv. 2) and after 2 minutes you should still got Haste lv. 1.
Right now it's not working correctly.
