There will be g2a in few days, need some adjustments before pushing it to live.
g2a kinda support several gateways, the ones you mentioned as well.

I'm not familiar with Paypall but so far i know it require 1 -2 days to money be booked on Paypall account which is crap for me because it's kinda late to do it now....
You have mentioned about other way of donate however im still not familiar with those.
Simple question then:
Are you going to add some platform for donate which will allow user to transfer money immediatelly ( like platforms which uses just credit(debits) cards for easy and quick payments.) ?

anyhow paypal = direct donation on debit cards (VISA/MC)
you can use paypal in multiple ways: topup your acc with debit or bank acc, or checkout with debit card
