From what I understood now the whole party will get item on random not by the who kills the mob * ofc has to have quest active and be in range *
Or all party members will get quest items at the same time - drastically speeds up the quest items collection

Every party member with active quest gets quest item. If char 1 have 40q items, char 2 will have same amount.
