from official website the skill says: Generates a symbol that cancels the singing or dancing abilities of those nearby. Applies to all targets within the affected area. The effect disappears if you leave the area. Level 2 or higher Battle Force required. Consumes 1 Battle Symbol.
the "cansels the dancing/signing abilities" means that within the affected area you can't do(re-do) songs/dances?
or
it's cansels them(you don't have them in your buff-bar)?
and
"applies to all targets within the affected area" means it applies at an area around the Sword Muse that did it(even if he moves)?
or
just at an area that he casted it?

in this case it works like silence?...you can't do skills/magic skills???
Forget it. None of symbols work correctly on DN except FoI and mass recharge ^^
Can be generate at any point in 900 range. Generated symbol lasts 15 sec and within the duration, it cancels all song/dances 8 times (at each about 2 seconds). Effect does not appear on buff slot. It just delete all song/dance.
Re-dance/song is possible in the effect area but it'd better to leave the area first.

i tried this on NM and got just buff for 2min that gives nothing :)
