I downloaded hellbound client yesterday and the file name is L2_CT1_Hellbound-Live.zip (3.8GB), but when i started installing it there was a picture and it was Kamael written on it... Also the loading screen when i start the game in system folder is from the kamael version and the login screen too.
Did i just downloaded Kamael version or wtf? :-X
P.s: i downloaded it from gamershell.com :)

Nah, after Interlude comes The Kamael and than Hellbound, so kamael class is from The Kamael update not Hellbound ;)

it's ok tomek... i have the same and i was able to log on arena with this client so it should be ok :D
i found a valid version and it's installing it eright now, but on the installer it says it's Kamael hellbound The 1st throne. is this good?
I use firefox, i think the file was dammged or somehting... :-\

Hi guys, i have a strange problem if someone could help me i apreciate, i download and installed HB client, it works cuz i can start launcher but the strange thing its when i open game folder my windows explorer stop and restart dont letting me open games folder by any circunstance. :o

Sorry for bringing this topic up again, but couldn't find any usefull information using the search button (i may suck at it).
I downloaded HB like 5 times on this PC now from different sites, at each and every *censored* begin of the installation it ask's me to 'Insert disc 1'. Since when do i need a retarded disc to install L2? It's becoming pretty annoying by now...
Any help would be appreciated

But well, after some reading i decided to download L2 with Firefox as browser. But like i had with IE, when it reaches data2.cab and data3.cab files it says they are corrupted. I dont even have a Virusscanner installed on my pc so i highly doubt that something like that is blocking the files i want to download, and also i turned down windows Firewall.

nah nah i downlaoded the file from here and then i used file inspector programm and whatched if i find damaged files or sometihng else but i found notihng so try it yourself ^^

From the link you told me i downloaded the file with the DownloadManager (wich can't be wrong).
So i extracted the files with winrar and 7zip, but with both i get messages about file being corrupted.

Bestand is beschadigd means: File is damaged.
My personal opinion is that the data2.cab and data3.cab are the trouble makers, would it be possible to upload the data2.cab and data3.cab? or those files are to big? But dunno if it would make a difference and i got no idea why they are damaged...

If he can upload a clean install for you, than he can also just RAR the already installed game and upload that, just download that, unrar and you're ready to play, L2 doesn't need to be installed.

i winrarred my lineage but i cnat find anyfakking site where i can upload it complete cuz its almsot 4 gb big i had to slit the files...
like i winrar first system then systextures and so on and you dl it all and make an lienage 2 fodler yourself i could make it and it would be possiel to put it on with rapidshare.... maybe i will do this that way dunno i m still thinking how i can help this nab ;D

there was topic made by Asga about that kind of problems, u have to delate some file and paste the 1 wich was gave by Asga.... i cant find this topic so ask around if some1 dont have this files
k nvm fixed, now next problem. When i come near goddard gk i get a crit error with saying: Texture LineageWeaponsTex.npc_rapier.npc_rapier_m00_t00_sp: Serial size mismatch: Got 1322, Expected 176158
But when full check, it doesnt download anything xD
