Regarding hellbound area map some people can't see and not even open the map inside while other people can...tried downloading the latest DN patch, but it doesnt seem to work. Any hints, someone knows something about how to make it work?

Your problem is client side.
Download the HB client from different place and your graphical problems will be solved.
