I dont know if somebody didnt ask here but where we can get them ? I saw on net there is some quest which can we take in castle but there not.... anybody know ? Will be fixed ?
Fortress guards and captains drop them.
Dungeon leader mark can be trade for epaulettes too (it's a quest castle/fortress related).

When you'll see fortresses siegeable every 4 hours, then probably epaluettes will work too:D
