u cant play game = same like login server :P, anyway ofc login server is down.

This is mainly caused by the implementation of HB on the Dragon 15x and Infinity 5x servers. Some problems occured, Drake wanted to have it fixed by 22:00 GMT +1, but as it stands now, ETA seems to be unknown due to Drake his personal life.

Maybe because all 4 servers use the same login?

just to say to somebody my opinion about this situation: if you would really care, you would implement from the begining a new loader for dragon & infinity and when all things fixed you could mix those loaders; like this we are waiting for a thing about, no offence, really don't care - hb implementation on other servers. Tks
