I would have to say Dragon 15x

But if u are willing to start here first ask about servers not for the amount of player.

That status window isn't correct for a looooong time.

Agree. Now there are 500 ppl on Dragon, 200 on NM, and few on arena :P

We checked Yesterday when that status page was saying:
Dragon (1597)
Nightmare (453)
Infinity (243)
Arena (0)

When we checked actual online rate, it was this;
Dragon (1059)
Nightmare (791)
Infinity (469)
Arena (507)

This was yesterday 19-7-2009 on 15:51 GMT +1

Soon Arena > NM and BB NM same like Shadow,raven,judgment and rest of servers.

P.S. Arena have not only a Real GM but Admin like Kotenka (for now Kotenka > Drake when its up to relations with players)

what is a low population, i know - l2 is a old game, but how can you explain that such servers like XXX (3 letters name of network) have population 4000-5000 online at evening per server....
