Few day's ago i'm buy some bog 10+!!!!
I'm wanna enchant my song's on my SR/SWS but all song's broke to +1 (1-2 to +2)
Maybe its only my unlucky but if its something bug or nerf then fix it :O
I'm think that its unfair , that ppl's buy Bog's for a coins and he lost all ...
Maybe only its my feelings but....

maybe u enchanted songs what was from 3rd class... so they r breaking often :P

Im trying to get 85 to then enhant all skills
a friend of mine spend 30 bogs and he made a skill +9 so i think there is something wrong atm but was ok before...
i tried few days ago 3 skills from +8 to 9 and all broke :D
I think we need max lvl to more sucess, but im not sure.
it was good like one or two months ago, i mean the enchant rate, best is ofc when you are 85 :)
Few days ago i enchanted 3 dances +9 with 5 BOGs on BD/PP lvl 80. So i dont see any bug.
i failed twice hurricane from +1 to +2, and then +2 to +3....it might be luck but wtf :D
i make my skills usually + 10 / 11 / 12 ... nothing wrong with enchant actually .... its just not easy as it is before :D
My char is lvl 79 and 35% , and no i dont enhcant 3rd song's :-\

i broke 9 skills 1 week ago ;] +9-12 maybe coz of my lvl im 80 maybe its too low to make skills more then +10 :P dunno but now i have to enchant it again :<
this is my guess:
enchant skill rate for lvl 79 or less got decreased, but such change didn't get reflected on the npc dialog
(meaning: it says that the rate is 97%, can't remember for sure, but it is somewhat lower)

Get to lvl 85 and u'll have no problems ;D
im not a farmer and i hate exp :D so i think ill never get 85 xD
