i checked it a couple of time

check vote on the 2 website
vote
and after this u change ip (ofc u musy not have fixed ip)
and after this u clean your temporary internet files to erase cookies (no milk) or other files left by website

u go vote again

should be at least a +1 (the first vote)

or a +2 (if the trick of change/clean worked)
