I have dominator lvl 80 100% and cant read this skil... its bug ?

First of all this skills is Kamael feature -> http://www.lineage2.com/news/kamael_19.html#new
I take the amulet, change my class to Dominator, restart game and go to Orc guild ... and this skill not there to learn. I try double click and nothing happen. I try right click and not happen again. I need know if this is a bug ... if not, what i can do to learn it.

when seal of blockade first appeared on retail you could kill ANY raid in 4-5 people :) even 2 but it would take a lot.
it had INSANE landing rate on raids, just go to raid ... spam seal of blockade than just attack .. same with fog trains. OL + ES + buffers (sws/bd/ee) + healer. sws make train ... train come .. ol blockade .. poney QQ

I think it wont work, cause books that u should right click on it dont need SP to learn the skill.
Like Improved Buffs, u dont need SP to learn it, just lvl and be on right class.

Eu falei que não vai funcionar clicar com o botão direito no amuleto.
As skills que vc pode fazer isso (os Improved Buffs) não consomem SP p/ vc aprender, tem que estar apenas no lvl necessário e na classe correta (no caso OL).
Como essa skill vc precisa de 80kk de SP p/ aprender portanto não deve ser somente clicar com o botão esquerdo.
Entendeu agora ou quer q eu desenhe?!? ;D

I already read, and i see no reason to Track do that. If this OP, do like always.. NERF IT!!!! But "delete" it ????? Is the most unfair server change ever! I still waiting for Track's confirm.....

He didnt said it was deleted, just maybe need to be lvl 81 to learn it.
And since u can't reach lvl 81 (u r mutant) u cant learn this skill.
Try to check with some XX/OL with lvl 80+ non mutant can learn this skill. If he can that's ur answer...

Look this situation... We have Archer party with 3 Archer/Tanker on party, so we have 45 sec of party UD... in 45 sec vs mage party dont rest nothing in the other side! This is balance ? OFC not! But Tankers have this skills and have no reasons to change it.
I know blockade is to much OP when we have 100% chance, 120 seconds to "non-atack" and reuse like a 5 sec, but why track dont make it like others OP skills on this game? Change the chance like ERASE for example. I think 50% to chance is a good deal.Nerf the reuse too.. put it like a VOP or something... but PLS dont do it with OL/mutantes.

Well i think this skill should be nerfed somehow cause soon we will have same shi.t like it was with flames...at least reuse
