Can some1 tell me why i cant use fs song of windstorm?
What i'm doing wrong?

Did you try to be on  "sws" mode before you learn it?

maybe the game does not recognise the correct sws stats in non-elf skin...

Mark has it (he/sws) so thas not the problem.

Does forgotten scroll consume sp maybe?

I've sws/wc (elf skin) lvl 79, got same problem.
Its bugged i guess.

I have wc/sws and got it lerned... So i dont think its bug. Just have to right click on forgotten scroll on sword muse stats. I had 80 lvl 100 % when i was lerning that.

I have same problem on Infinity with "Fighter's Will". I play TH / PALA 82lv

Can't Learn it on both stats!

Same problem here... im pp/sws 80 lvl at songer stats with elven skin, tried to learn windstorm song after 3rd prof at 76, 77, 78, 79 etc and nothing. I have sh1tloads of SP/Exp, but it doesnt matter. I was thinking wtf, maybe my book is bugged bcuz I purchased it from guy who killed Saileren (or similar, some kind of dino boss from dino island), so I spend some time to get brand new book drop on prism island and still nothing, cant learn it even from new book.

So, FIX PLX.

Seems Song of Windstorm and Fighter's Will are bugged now ...... Hope so Track know it, because on Infinity no Gm from month ;/

its not bugged, just you cant learn this skill untill track fixed exploits with enchants and multiskillz (not from 2 classez but from different)

I am on work now and can show u picture with the problem. YES i know how to learn forgotten scroll and YES i try it on both Stats.
Hope so when back from work to learn it. And i'm sorry I don't know U. Just paste your answer.

I double checked this issue today, after series of down and fullchecks - still I cant learn learn it. :(

Little hint for GM:
Maybe problem is with DB server with skill name of this damn book (name of the book is OK), cause when Im trying to learn it - clicking by RMB on it - im getting the msg like:

/ Its unable to learn Song of "WINDSTROM" / shouldnt be WINDSTORM ?

All reqs are done - im 80 lvl (ws song should be available since 76 lvl 3rd prf), on singer stats with right book.
So, 3rd bump & waiting for any answer from mod/GM staff about this case :)

he is on retail definetly
skill is from lvl 76

if skill learn lvl was changed to 81+(would be cool, if someone would confirm this info), does it mean, that all xmen (or clear retail) who learnt the skill on start of HB are in beter position, than all new made?
