I think the server is not fine, coz alot ppl cant log, have same error (All from South American). WTF happen? dunno, but check pls. I speak with few friends and all have the same probem. (http://img46.imageshack.us/img46/4521/qqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqx.jpg) and we dont have same Inet Company. Well.... We can see here, no all is fine.

turn off youtube, reinstall l2 or myb uninstal only

I restart my pc. Uninstall, install and have the same fuking problem. and i told.. No r only me, i know more 50 ppl with same poblem, (QQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ)

Aaaah and i forgot. We cant see http://dragon-network.net/xml/nightmare/olympiad.xml or /pvp, /pk,/hero, etc etc etc.
