what class can actually use it? only archer now? because I cant learn it on my 81 lvl and im a fighter(PAL)

But why would you make a topic about this? It has always only worked on archers, so why would the change it to include regular fighters?
And why wasn't the fact that you couldn't learn it a sufficient answer?
My guess is that the wiki is bugged..... not the skill.

in description of FS its also written that its for fighters, not archers or anything like that
In official fighters can learn both of Archer's and Fighter's Will too.

There's alot of things that differs between us and official.

I think the same too. With this sub-system better if only archers can learn Archer's Will and vica versa...
