I vote to decrease damage by 20% for PVP all characters
Reson: Atributes system, stack subsystem
PVP looks like shot kill , tyr/destros hit 20k, archers icarus bows 6k, sh/ps 5-10k lol
ppl will get more fun when fight will be longer

But to topic. I wouldnt decraese it. Since the right buffing and songs got innevitable in pvp there is less dmg already on characters.
A fight can last pretty long with the right buffs. Only thing which I noticed for a short fight is the power of "ZERG" :D
now guys look on archers hit 5-6k hits on fully buffed songed nukers /helers
All fighters overpowered 100% more damge from atribute, but Resist Fire/wind/water/holy/unholy dont affect fighters
Anyway, longer fight , u can use more skills, only nabs afraid damage reduction

Don`t know about archers, but with this wrongly implemented attribute
system, i can kill on selfbuff a lot of ppl.
I`m just a NE/PP, DC robe set, AM+a+3(dark attribute lvl7), tateo set. ( LOL for my equip)
Damage reduction would be nice, but the main problem is attribute system.

lol - if you have right buff you can't get 6k dmg from archer
last siege I play on wc/bp and i got max crit from archer 1.6k (from ic+f++ ) even pawciu get 1k crit max from archer with bow+10
so if you want to take less dmg - buff properly (CoP,windstorm,etc. )

no buff slot for most players enough to buff properly as you mentioned.as a wc/bp, i agree, you can buff your self using all defence and only 2 (cast+matk)ofnceve buffs.take a look on archers or on nukers.they need agressive buffs to be efective, they need defence buffs to last longer.so??no midle solution exist, also is not a solution to reduce damage.the best could be is to fix the atribute system or to erase it comletely.it was a hell better before, on pvp, all of you agree with that.
It's all about buffs really.
make 99% reduction - everybody will play daggers and even new players will have a chance to win, thats how pro server should look! xD

2 ppl in party - buff lvl 1 does not decrease pvp dmg (keep ordinary damage reduction we allready have)
3 ppl in party - buff lvl 2 decrease entire party pvp damage up to 2 % ( this bonus will be extra on bonus we allready got so if 33 % +2 % = 35 % or 33 % and 2 % on those 33 % but than this new damage modifier should be more than 2 % )
4 ppl in party - buff lvl 3 decrease entire party pvp damage up to 4 %
5 ppl in party - buff lvl 4 decrease entire party pvp damage up to 6 %
6 ppl in party - buff lvl 5 decrease entire party pvp damage up to 8 %
7 ppl in party - buff lvl 6 decrease entire party pvp damage up to 10 %
8 ppl in party - buff lvl 7 decrease entire party pvp damage up to 12 %
9 ppl in party - buff lvl 8 decrease entire party pvp damage up to 14 %
to prevent some exploits it would be like 1 minut last buff and every minut it will auto rebuff so when u leave party if u had 1321234 chars inside and full buffs u will still get damage reduction
with this we would have longers mass pvpes ( not that much longer mass pvpes but longer)
who will come with full party to kill 2-3 guy they will have disadvantage
u dont nerf character and class for longer pvp, u nerf party and power of zerg, so if u are dagger or dunno w/e other char and u want go solo pvp u are not nerfed .

dude u will still pwn .... cos not only u will have that nerf... this does not kill partys, just reduce pvp dmg if u are in full party, so does enemy party . instead of 1 shot all u will not 2 shot all.... but hey 1 shot / kill all is far better after all people payed to drake for that ...

Archers hit you for 6k? you must be rly n44b, 2,5k on me with maj light + chbuff vs fully buffed archer + bj + ic+9. I dont think its much. Mages damage is funny if u know how to buff urself, same to dagger.
So i actually would go for damage increase lol o_0
Dragon dont need any stupid damage reduction, we can reduce this damage with our own buffs, we just need the gracia's amount of buff slots. Thats all.

Use any heal skill on tyr/destro and automatically his power is decreasing 3 times, moreover probability of critical hit is decreasing 5 times, Whats strange that archers in icarus bow(S80 weapon) are hittin u while u have, probably A grade robe... Damn ppl what do u think, u will play until end of the world in that DC robe set? Buy DNET robe, insert attribute stones/jewels in this and u will automaticaly see lower damage, much lower. Moreover i even dont gettin hits like u wroted on my bp/wc in A grade robe so im sure u even dont have full buff when u get that damage, if u're buffed fully for damage it doesnt mean u're buffed at all. There are also defense buffs, and buffs decreasing damage from criticals/elements what are not included to yourp/def m/def stat, but thats decreasing damage too.
For example chant of protection is decreasing damage from critical damage (also blows) by 30%, song of windstorm is decreasing damage from arrows by 30%. If u use it, hits what u're receving are automatically decreased by 50%~ Also if u will fight versus mages, its enought if u use elemental protection(from pp) and song of elemental (from sws), also if u fight only versus mage use magnus. All these buffs decrease damage what u receiving from mages by about 50% too, also add to that dynasty jewelery set +3 instead of tateo and defensive attributes on even 4 lvl. So hits u receiving is decreased by about 65% Also when they repair attribute system mages start shout for INCREASE the damage pvp, random mages i mean, cuz good mages will find another way to increase it, like another compilation of buffs or get better equipment.

Also agree with increasing buff slots. We have atributes like in gracia (lev 9 instead of 4) so we should get gracia buff slots to protect against them
yeah +1 for buff slots, not possible to pvp aginst mages without ressists and when u have them, there is not enough space for other buffs, especialy when you are a fighter.

5-6k ? stop kidding me archer damage sucks if you have windstorm song and Chant of protection you get max criticals of 500. Add in blade storm dance, and archer hiot max for 7 damage :o, or SoF since lately everyone plays tank/something
The real problem here is that: VS archer you need 2 buffs (Windstorm song + Chant of Protection) to get resist vs all archers, against mages you need 8 buffs to get resist vs all mages
just make possible heal Tyr/destros like before when he have on Invincibility
general reduction 10-15% will be ok

there are already 2 skills which allow healing over invincibility, BP and EE can do it....
and i don't remember if Divine Enchanter can cast his buffs out of party, if he can, then his cov is 3rd spell to heal over invinci.

not always gear lowers dmg, the most thing what lowers dmg are buffers, example use improve shield defense and you will see that ppl crit much lower in front, only not effective on back, but hey you pvp face to face so why need to turn and show ur ass while you pvp ^^
