well valkyria uses same files as nightmare and other dragon community servers so it has the same nerfs. but here we hawe no mutans also no bizon to make destros overpovered. so why does fr need to be nerfed? now when u train with destro u fall below 30% for the effect and if u get 1 sec lag u can die because u didint change target in time or smtn like tht.

Frenzy is not nerfed, since kamael/hellbound it works like this. If you have lower hp than 30%, you get 300% p atk, if have more, you get 100% only(ofc with 2hs, pole, and 2hb, im not sure about other weapons, but i think you get +100% with other weapons too).

but the sub stack are and will be always overpowered.
so the nerfes could be in here.
