Ok I understand that on other old servers it must be boosted but here? Today 10/10 landed on me. I have A grade jewels + mental shield... It's not ok because fear land rate is like 3/10

chance mean chance not HOW MANY will land. meaning you can get 100/100 landed with chance of 1% - just your luck ;D

and i see OL silence (aoe) work also,... tried on many mobs in mos,.. all mobs got Silence...
