(At the moment of writing this message) I'm a paladin lvl 57. I've noticed that Shackle skill's cast time is too long (it's around 5 seconds with 550 atk speed). As far as I'm aware it's cast time should be similar to Sanctuary.
I'd be delighted if you could look into it.

Shackle is ok. Arrest have little range and fast reuse, shackle have long range and slow reuse.
