I cant solve it from 1 weeks, formated pc 5 times, installed l2 more than 10 times, still this error. First time it works , but after restart i cant enter anymore .. if anyone can help me i`ll be happy. thx !

If those files didn't keep the problem 'fixed', your Lineage 2 changes those files and they become corrupt one way or another each time you shut down the game, make the 2 files I send you read-only and try it then, the game shouldn't change them during shutdown then.
video card drivers? directx installed? maybe that helps a bit....
try install the drivers from the card CD...

OMG!!! virus from NCSoft xD
