no bug... drake replaced it by 1 masterie that affect all classes, in old c3 times, fighter/mage could reach crazy atk speed because of stacking masteires... for example, my sr-es had 1.6k atk speed and at this time we had no pof or etc that was pp+dances
so to balance things drake made 1 light amror mastery wich is the same for everyone and therefore bonus should be working differently depending on your class
