You can wear shadow dual swords with shield at same time. Check it. It's even wrote on duals that they are 'One handed' xD thats a major bug I think xD (but it looks rly funny :D)

this but exist my brother glad use dual C shaddow ( ONE HAND WEP ) and shield , ofc he use skills to one hand wep not for dual
