i wont kill the fun but its normal to fight agains some mage who got 5-6k casting speed ? :) fix or correct those certification skills :) add like 600-700 cast/1k mattack/........................ and not 3-4k lol XD

i saw one sps to goddar hitting the npc no animation arround him so i took it on pt and show his buff ..... 4.....k casting on self :)
i buffed him he was at 5756 casting speed :) sps/ee with certification skills acumen lvl 3

Yes it's bugged, but admin should't add cast,atk.spd.m.atk.patk more than 500.
If u ever played GF u would saw thats certification, but cast gives max 200, atk.spd cert max ~200. SO fix it quickly
