I tried many times and cannot learn any skill, clan leader and more 1 no in clan list!!!

With new update clan skills can be learned but now clan list is still bugged.
FIXED:
1) Learning new clan skills, NOW OK
NOT FIXED:
1) Names of Royal Guard and Order Of Knights have been truncated to 11 chars.
2) Name of nicks in clan have been truncated to 11 chars, outside clan name is still
fully intact, only display in clan list is not good.
3) If a char that entered clan had more than 11 chars long nick, he cannot be kicked
4) Clan Leader cannot be seen in clan and if you give clan leadership to another char it will also
dissapear after relog.
5) If you change a char in one of the Royal Guards to Clan Leader name will be bugged in list, will give offline status and no clan rank status.
6) Clan Passives ONLY for MAIN CHAR and not available for RETAIL SUBS.
