* NPC - Matras

Matrasâ€™ Curiosity

* Level â€" 76
* Type â€" One-Time Quest
* Description â€" Blueprints are needed in order to study the structure of the Steel Citadel, but portions of the blueprints are held by Duke Devil and Ranku. He asks you to obtain those blueprint portions from them.
* Starting City/Village â€" Hellbound
* NPC - Matras
