link is same, but it is coded as "/changelog_mergenin.html", meaning relative to current page.
and since it is meant to be posted on loader (http://www.dragon-network.net/CTupdnews/main.html), which uses as base "http://www.dragon-network.net/CTupdnews/" and rest adresses relative to it, link used on home page doesn't work right
