Title: About patch problem
Post by: FeelmyBow on February 19, 2011, 12:09:08 AM
A friend of mine came back after a while trying to play L2 again.
Some1 send him a client he uses himself for playing L2 and he installed it.
The problem occurs now when he overwrites the maps from the server and he placed the patch in the main folder.
When he's trying to start the match he gets a blank screen and he is unable to full check, after a short time he is able to full check tho he gets some sort of msg wich looks like he got no internet "navigation to the webpage was canceled"

Any idea's how to fix this?

that window is actualy on IE page and the problem is with his INET connection maybe p.r.o.x.y  or he is using a router witch is not configured corectly.
verify
-firewall/Antivirus
-if there is a p.r.o.x.y setup
-is the pc behind a router?
