Title: Tablet of vision for 3 rd class

Track or Piccy plz fix this coz many ppl cant make 3 rd class coz on last tablet near hunters village, after u talk with it npc not show. I was trying making 3 rd on prophet and cant ;p.
Maybe restart of server will help.Thx for fast repair.Peace
