Track you told us that you chegeing skills were such as gracia. Tell me plx do you will change Inspector buff (Magic Impulse, Apetite for Destruction) like gracia ( 15 sec but for all party) now they are 30 sec but for 1 person.

Imo, let track/piccy fix the actual problems with skills before ask to make chars more and more strong.
