bugged passive skill does not give any effect name : Light Armor mastery, effect : increases attack speed, casting speed, physical defense.
Basically the effect of attack speed and casting does not work
i would appreciate if any gm check it up and report to some higher authority :P

Check this in stats of those who have that skill ( sumonner, bp, pp , wc, ol etc ) ! Then you will see it gives some bonuses !!!
It is old thing that passives works only on stats of it's owners !
With this i think no more bug ! Just try to know the system !
