a friend of mine cannot change her password on 1 account because her username is bigger than 14 character so she get error everytime she try to change password so mby any1 know a way to solve this?
i am asking to our community ppl not to that selfcalled GM who is blind and cannot see some pms or is too hard for him and have no clue how to read them.

For sure she tryed but if he/she can't change for an personalized pw, has hepshe tryed simply reseting it?
Cause i had similar issue and got error when i tryed to change pw but managed to reset pw!
