Angelic Icon don't give bonus p.def/m.def with robe armor! Is bug or nerf?
Neither, just lack of knowledge. AI only gives p/m.def bonus when wearing heavy armor.

U wrong! i played on many servers like official and when i wear robe (for holy blessing ;P) and use Angelic icon i have p.def/m.def bonus! If u have paladin in other server like official try it!
