LOL, Icarus bow normal atk speed was a feature of hellbound chronicle.You can`t acuse them now for that thing won`t work same in Gracia.Is like acusing BMW corporation that they sold u, 4 years ago, a 320 tdi for 10 thousand dollars, while now u can have a 520 at the same price.Common guys, get serious
