I've seen a of people complaining about installing gracia or finding a proper gracia client.

Most don't have many seeders but if you use something like Utorrent with DHT enabled you'll find good peers.
Installed this, copied the DragonNetwork exe, worked perfectly.

info ? common he never give correct info ... at night he will say ( mby ) smth like "sorry for delay but we got some issues bla bla bla we need 24h" and after this next 24 ofc will be same :D no server and no info :]
they just double check thinks,i bet when server up it will work better then original server without single bug
