check in giran near manor on main square..... i saw something like that there 8-)
npc is in every town. If u reging at npc in oren - u reged to oren territory. Aden npc = aden territory. Etc. But when i tryed reg, registration wasnt available. Npc for reg to TW = Mercenary Captain. In dialog with him - first option. And there click on "Merc requiest". Also can reg all clan
I see them on valkiria but on NM there is't any npc :/
