There is a lil bug:
CD in dyna and icarus daggers is 4 lvl ( passive skill )
and CD in vesper dagger is 2 lvl
Sry that w/o screens but it is checked for sure.

tested, ignore the Level of it it means nothing and its non comparative at all, so it doesn't mean lvl 4 is better then lvl 2 in this case lvl 2 > lvl 4.

Then why on bow is focus lvl 3 and not focus lvl 1 ?

Vesper bow was bugged on crt rate (104) is fixed now after reboot. but CD aint bugged,i mean test it in real and you will see.
